In recent years, 29-year-old Chavon has dived headfirst into the world of strength training and health. From this passion, she started her own company: MotivatedbyChav. Naturally, this venture also includes a dedicated training space. When it came to equipping this space, she turned to us!
Chavon's primary focus lies in assisting people with weight loss and helping them develop, and most importantly, maintain a healthy lifestyle. She takes on the challenge of guiding women towards becoming the best versions of themselves. Chavon explains, "I offer personal training, duo training, and online coaching. In the studio, I collaborate with Anish, the owner of Baerlifestyle, where he provides pad training, personal training, and group sessions."
Back to Basics
For the studio equipment such as the Dual Adjustable Pulley, a sprint track with a powersled, dumbbells, benches, and a Crossmaxx® Runner PRO was selected. This combination allows for versatile training without the need for complex exercises. The studio, situated in Rotterdam, emphasizes "returning to the basics and executing them perfectly to extract the maximum benefit from each session."
